We've designed the InOutBoard to be compatible with the widest possible range of computers and connections to the Internet. Compatibility is a balancing act, because the older the computers we elect to support, the fewer cutting edge features we can add to the site for your benefit.

With that in mind, we've established the following minimum supported requirements for using all of the features of the InOutBoard. Please note that if your computer does not meet these minimum requirements, it will not prevent you from using the site, but some site functions may work irregularly, or not work at all.

Browsers: We strongly suggest the use of Internet Explorer with the InOutBoard. In our tests, it performs better than Netscape Communicator. Many site functions are incompatible with the current release of Netscape Communicator 6.

Pentium Class Processor

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Version 5.0 or higher

Netscape Communicator:
Version 4.6 or higher

Please Note: This site is compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT4, ME and XP.

For Macintosh:
Power PC Processor

Netscape Communicator:
Version 4.6 or higher

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Version 4.5 or higher

Please Note: This site is tested with Mac 8.6 through OS X, and appears to function properly in most regards. While some of the site may function with WebTV, this format is unsupported.
