utilize the benefits of Instant Messaging. This makes the InOutBoard Agent a
perfect choice for those company's that have disabled (or wish to disable)
other Instant Messaging programs.
User Alerts
The InOutBoard Agent alerts you when you receive a new message, when a calendar
event is due, or when co-workers change their work status. These alerts are
customizable by each user.
Company Wide Alerts
Administrators of the InOutBoard can send a company-wide alert that will pop-up
on the screen of all employees that use the InOutBoard Agent. This comes is
handy when an important customer is coming to the office, when your boss has an
important annoucement, or in the case of an emergency.
