Maintenance and Support
InOutBoard Intranet buyers can purchase a low cost maintenance and support
service when they buy the application. As we release maintenance updates of the
application to our on-line customers, you will receive these updates too. You
also get the same level of help desk support that on-line users get. Requests
for Support can be submitted by Web, email or phone.
Documentation
Included with your purchase of the InOutBoard Intranet is a complete set of
documentation to help guide you through the installation and set up process. A
user guide is also included to help train your staff on how best to use the web
site and the InOutBoard Agent.
Software Development Kit (SDK)
For an additional fee, InOutBoard Intranet buyers can receive a license to
change the application and additional documentation on how to modify or
